Our goal is to offer the best prices around, but also have the quickest turnaround with first-class delivery service. The delivery fee can vary based on the location of delivery and what's purchased. So that customers are in control of what they pay for... all customers have the option to pick up merchandise or choose WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY. All orders must be PAID IN FULL prior to scheduling a pickup or delivery.
Please have the outside of your home free and clear of any obstructions, so we can ensure our delivery team can enter your home without incident. In the event there are any obstructions, please make sure to advise Capital Discount Furniture prior to scheduling and they can plan ahead. Failure of notification could postpone delivery, or it may be rescheduled. Please also have the applicable area of your home ready for delivery. Clear hallways, stairways, door openings, and have the room clear of any furniture that would hinder the delivery process. Delivery crew is not responsible to move or dispose of existing and old furniture.
In the event it is too difficult to maneuver merchandise because of narrow hallways, doorways or stairs, Capital Discount Furniture cannot be held responsible for damage to the furniture, flooring, walls, or fixtures. Therefore, items will be delivered to the closest corresponding room.
For safety, PLEASE secure any kids/pets at all times during delivery.
Capital Discount Furniture will designate a day for delivery with an approximate THREE-HOUR time window (may vary with out-of-town deliveries). If the residence is not accessible for the delivery truck, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide means of transporting the furniture from truck to home. Capital Discount Furniture requires a 24-HOUR NOTICE for any changes to scheduled delivery. If Capital Discount Furniture does not get notified within this time, so they can adjust or change accordingly... the customer is still liable for the delivery fee that was scheduled.
Capital Discount Furniture and delivery crew is not insured to hang any merchandise on the walls, install any lighting fixtures or remove any fixtures of residence. The customer is responsible to make sure the order is accurate before the delivery team leaves home. Any problems or issues are to be called into Capital Discount Furniture, prior to the delivery team leaving the residence.
"WHITE GLOVE" DELIVERY = Merchandise delivered inside the home and into the applicable room, PLUS setup and trash removal.
You are welcome to pick up your furniture at a scheduled time, therefore all pickups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please plan ahead or bring help as we may not have anyone here to help you load. Consider measuring your car opening and the inside area to make sure you can fit the piece(s) into your vehicle. Please bring any blankets, bungees or any other moving materials you might need to secure your purchase. We will not load anything onto the top or inside of any vehicle.
All merchandise is inspected and logged by the manufacturer, but our team also conducts a review before merchandise is picked up. Therefore, BUYER assumes responsibility for merchandise damaged after it is picked up at Capital Discount Furniture. Any defects of merchandise or warranty claims are not impacted.

Capital Discount Furniture will store merchandise for up to 60 days from point of sale at no charge unless arrangements or an agreement is made ahead of time. If arrangements or an agreement is not made ahead of time, item(s) may be forfeited and donated to Restore.
