Step 1 - Consultation & Planning

Step 2 - Design Selection

Step 3 - Installation Day

Our designers and in-house delivery team install the entire design plan — including furniture placement, rugs, artwork, plants, and accessories.

Step 4 - Removal or Purchase Option

At the conclusion of the agreement, staging items can be removed — or in many cases purchased by the buyer or homeowner at exclusive pricing.

Interior Design Services

Renew Staging & Design offers professional interior design services for homeowners looking to create functional, beautiful spaces that reflect their lifestyle.

Design Consultation $250

Our designers will meet with you for:
• 1-hour in-home consultation
• 1-hour Design Center consultant at Capital Discount Furniture

This allows us to evaluate your space, understand your vision, and explore furniture, layout, and style options in person.

Following the consultation, we provide:
• Design recommendations
• Furniture selections
• Layout guidance
• Budget planning

The consultation fee is credited toward a minimum furniture purchase of $5,000 within 30 days, making it essentially complimentary when moving forward with a project.
