Our story begins with Capital Discount Furniture, which paved the way to Renew Staging & Design. Since 2013, we've had a number of inquiries and projects for staging/design services from local builders, realtors and numerous customers. A service that was offered on a case-by-case basis through Capital Discount Furniture is now officially available for our local market. Renew Staging & Design is a subsidiary of Capital Discount Furniture, focusing on home staging, design services and consultations for a little direction. Renew Staging & Design offers a team of Certified Design Professionals with 20+ years of combined industry experience, providing our clients with streamline and unparalleled service. Occupied, Restyling and Rental Staging Consultations - $250
This service is intended for the client prepping their home for the market using only existing furnishings and décor. This service provides you with a 2 HOUR local home visit. During your consultation, your designer(s) will walk the interior and exterior of your home with you. Following the home visit you will receive a written list of your designers’ recommendations for preparing your home to sell/rent.Includes Recommendations on:

• Color Palette Review
• Decluttering and Depersonalizing
• Furniture + Decor Placement
• Highlighting the Homes Best Features
• Disguising the Homes Challenges

Vacant, New Construction, Rental, and Model Home Staging - $TBD
This service is intended for the client in need of full-service or turnkey home staging. Our standard package includes furnishing and accessorizing 3+ rooms of your choosing. The most common rooms staged are the living room, dining room and master bedroom. This package will also include light accessories in pass through spaces, such as main entry, mudroom, powder room, master bathroom, and kitchen. We understand that every home is different or unique in its own special way, that's why we offer custom pricing and packages to all our clients for this solution.

Home Staging Process:
Step 1 - Starting out we will schedule an initial site visit. Then we take photos, measurements and select the rooms most beneficial to stage.

Step 2 - Your designer will make selections tailored specifically to your home's needs, while collaborating with you and/or agent.

Step 3 - INSTALL DAY!  Our designer(s) and in-house team of professional delivery drivers will seamlessly work together to stage your home.  This includes everything from laying rugs, placing furniture, hanging artwork, and placement of plants/accessories. 

Step 4 - Contingent on agreement outlined, our team will return and remove all the staging per your request minus any item(s) purchased or sold.

Design Services:

Design Consultation - $250
Renew Staging & Design is proud to send our designer(s) to your home for a one-hour design consultation AND a one-hour Design Center consultation at our parent company Capital Discount Furniture. These consultations are for the purpose of planning and designing rooms receiving new furniture. The appointment day and time will be set by you and the Designer(s). The fee for this service is $250.00 locally and we will then apply this fee as a credit towards a minimum purchase of $5000.00. While the best designs develop when given time, both consultations are an integral part of this process. Gaining a better grasp on your space and hear more about your vision for your home. Upon completion of both consultations and finalization of plans, we follow up with critical notes and Design Proposal.If minimum purchase is not made within 30 days of the Design Center consultation, there will be no refund or credit given and the fee collected will be retained for services rendered. In the event design consultations exceed time outlined, additional costs may apply per hour and will not be applied toward purchase.

Full-Service Design - $TBD
Renew Staging and Design also offers full-service design, which provides a more customized and turnkey experience. This includes design boards, floor plans and installation of furniture, art, rugs, lamps, and décor. This service is ideal for budgets starting around $10K and customized based on needs or wants, so pricing can vary.Our phased approach ensures your vision is understood, clearly communicated and achieved in an efficient, personalized manner while staying within outlined budget.

• Discovery Call, followed by 2 HOUR Consultation                               
• Phase I: Research & Design Conceptualization - client questionnaire, site survey, plan reviews, quotes, mood boards, and floor plans.  ​​​​
• Phase II: Design Development & Execution - drawings, elevations, renderings, material presentation, collaboration, schedule, final budget review. 
• Phase III: Sourcing and Scheduling - merchandise and decor ordering, logistics tracking, delivery/installation management.
• Phase IV: Project Administration - on-site support and troubleshooting, styling, timeline management, and final walk through.
