· Payment in full comes before scheduling, whether you are taking delivery or picking up.
· Deliveries run on our own trucks with our own crew, typically Monday through Saturday in the local market.
· Changes to a scheduled delivery need 24 hours' notice, or the fee still stands.
· With White Glove Delivery the crew brings items indoors and into the room, assembles them, and removes the packaging.
Two limits apply, and knowing them early avoids surprises. When the path is too tight to manage safely, the item stops at the nearest appropriate room rather than being forced through. The crew does not remove or relocate your existing furniture, so arrange that separately beforehand.
Clear the path indoors and flag anything outside that could block the truck when you schedule. Secure children and pets while the crew is working, and check the order for accuracy before they leave.
Pickup is appointment-based rather than walk-up, so the order can be ready when you arrive. Apex customers choosing pickup should plan the return on US-64 or NC-55 with the load secured. Check that the piece fits your vehicle, bring padding and tie-downs, and plan on loading it yourself, since staff do not load vehicles.
Up to 60 days of free storage is available from point of sale, after which unarranged items may go to Restore.

Timing, Financing, and Warranty
On timing: many items are in stock and available for immediate or same-day delivery or pickup. Special orders vary with manufacturer availability, holidays, and custom work; the team can give a clearer estimate at or before point of sale.
On assembly: factory-direct items need minimal light assembly and arrive with instructions, hardware, and basic tools; delivery crews assemble and remove packaging.
On financing: we work with Snap, Synchrony, and Wells Fargo, with options for a range of credit types with monthly payments, subject to approval and each program's terms. Snap advertises approval decisions in seconds and lease-to-own amounts up to $5,000. We accept financing, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash.
On coverage: everything sold carries a manufacturer warranty, which varies by manufacturer, and an optional 5-year protection plan is available, priced by what is covered.
