Existing furniture stays where it is unless you have moved it; the crew does not take it away.
Before delivery day, clear the hallways, stairs, and door openings along the route, and tell us in advance about any obstruction outside. Secure children and pets while the crew is working, and check the order for accuracy before they leave.
