· With White Glove Delivery the crew brings items indoors and into the room, assembles them, and removes the packaging.
Two limits apply, and knowing them early avoids surprises. If a hallway, doorway, or stairwell makes maneuvering genuinely unsafe, the piece is set in the nearest suitable room and final placement is yours. Existing furniture stays where it is unless you have moved it; the crew does not take it away.
Have the route clear inside and mention any exterior obstruction ahead of time so the day is not lost. Secure children and pets while the crew is working, and check the order for accuracy before they leave.
Pickup is appointment-based rather than walk-up, so the order can be ready when you arrive. Cary is close enough that appointment pickup is realistic for smaller pieces, though the team cannot load your vehicle.
