Two limits are worth knowing before you order. Where stairs or narrow openings make the move unsafe, we place the item in the closest corresponding room and you position it from there. Existing furniture stays where it is unless you have moved it; the crew does not take it away.
Before delivery day, clear the hallways, stairs, and door openings along the route, and tell us in advance about any obstruction outside. Secure children and pets while the crew is working, and check the order for accuracy before they leave.
Pickup runs by appointment only so your items are pulled and waiting. Cary is close enough that appointment pickup is realistic for smaller pieces, though the team cannot load your vehicle. Measure your vehicle's opening and interior first, bring blankets and straps, and bring help. The team will not load your vehicle.
Merchandise can sit with us for up to 60 days after purchase free of charge, though unclaimed items beyond that may be donated to Restore absent a prior arrangement.

On timing: many items are in stock and available for immediate or same-day delivery or pickup. Special orders vary with manufacturer availability, holidays, and custom work; the team can give a clearer estimate at or before point of sale.
On assembly: factory-direct items need minimal light assembly and arrive with instructions, hardware, and basic tools; delivery crews assemble and remove packaging.
On financing: we work with Snap, Synchrony, and Wells Fargo, with options for a range of credit types with monthly payments, subject to approval and each program's terms. Snap advertises approval decisions in seconds and lease-to-own amounts up to $5,000. We accept financing, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash.
On coverage: everything sold carries a manufacturer warranty, which varies by manufacturer, and an optional 5-year protection plan is available, priced by what is covered.
